You can make changes to your appointment or reschedule up to 48 hours before your treatment start time free of charge.
Just use the link in your confirmation email or I’ve the instructions on your confirmation email or give us a call during our opening hours of 10:00-19:00.
Please be aware that if you need to change or cancel your treatment, we kindly ask that you give us 48-hours’ notice or the full cost of the treatment will be charged.

To ensure the safety, privacy, and comfort of all our clients, we ask that guests refrain from bringing additional visitors, including children, to appointments. Due to specific legal and insurance requirements within our clinic, we can only accommodate the person receiving the service in our treatment areas. This policy helps us maintain a secure and serene environment where each client receives our full attention and care.

We understand that some circumstances is out of your control, so we do offer a 10 minute grace period. If you’re running late, out of consideration for the next customer we may shorten the time of your treatment or offer an alternative treatment to fit within the available time frame. If this is not possible your appointment will be treated as a cancellation and you will be charged the full price of the treatment booked.
