£30 non-refundable deposit is required, this amount will be deducted from the remaining balance The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer

• No shows will be charged 80% of the outstanding balance. Akemi Beauty Clinic reserves the right to charge you for the full treatment amount regardless of payment method (80% of the total booking value).  

• If you’d like cancel/ reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours prior

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% charge.

• Rescheduling can only happen once within the same month or a new deposit must be paid.

• Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment. We allow a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be required to reschedule and pay a new deposit.
